SCGC Insurance Requirements

In order to compete at a SCGC event, all independent groups must provide proof of insurance.  A certificate of insurance showing $1,000,000 General Liability and $10,000 Accident Medical must be received by SCGC by your 1st contest. Your independent group name must appear on the certificate.  If your independent group is covered under a university or school district policy, your group name must appear on the certificate.  Any certificate that does not reflect correct information will not be accepted.  Groups not providing insurance certificates will not be allowed to compete.
