Our Commitment

The Southeastern Color Guard Circuit is committed to providing a safe, supportive environment for all participants, staff, volunteers, and spectators. We have zero tolerance for abuse, harassment, or discrimination of any kind.

Code of Conduct

All participants, instructors, judges, and volunteers are expected to:

• Treat all individuals with respect and dignity
• Maintain appropriate boundaries in all interactions
• Report any concerns about safety or conduct immediately
• Follow all WGI and SCGC policies and procedures
• Create a positive, inclusive environment for all

Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal and/or permanent ban:

• Physical, verbal, or emotional abuse
• Sexual harassment or misconduct
• Bullying or intimidation
• Discrimination based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or disability
• Use of alcohol or drugs at SCGC events
• Any conduct that endangers the safety of participants

Reporting

If you witness or experience any violation of this code of conduct, please report it immediately to an SCGC official or use our confidential reporting system.
