Color Guard Coordinator Report given by Dean Payne, questions and comments taken from the floor and discussion held. 2010 field day survey results were presented and discussion held regarding education for students and unit directors.
Color Guard Contest Coordinator/Judge Liaison report given by Gilles Ouellette with the following topics being addressed in detail: membership statistics, contest statistics, judging, areas of concerns and challenges during the 2010 season, suggestions for 2011, 2010 WGI/Circuit meeting report. Questions and comments taken from the floor and discussion held.
Percussion Judge Liaison Report given by David Coheley with the following topics being addressed in detail: judge training, recruiting of judges, WGI judges, suggestions for 2011 season. Questions and comments taken from the floor and discussion held.
Percussion Coordinator report given by Benja Russell with the following topics being addressed in detail: 2010 education and training, funding for 2011, scholastic unit/director training, addition of visual/design in training, suggestions for 2011. Questions and comments taken from the floor and discussion held.
2010 Post Championships report given by Melissa Bailey with the following topics being addressed in detail: venue/facilities, accommodations/lodging, media/marketing, sponsorships/vendors, judges/catering, awards, 2011 recommendations. Questions and comments taken from the floor and discussion held.

**BOD anticipates information being submitted from WGI over the summer may influence decisions regarding proposals which were submitted to the BOD for review.
BOD nominations were presented and floor was open for additional nominations. Two additional nominations were made from the floor and accepted. Advisory board voted with the following results:
Melissa Bailey, Kim England, Rebecca Hope, Donna McKinney were elected to serve two year terms as color guard representatives on the BOD. Brian Glisson was elected to serve a one year term as color guard representative on the BOD. Mike Keeton and Alan Rice were elected to serve two year terms as percussion representatives on the BOD.
State divisions met to discuss/elect state representatives with the following results:
Alabama - Adrian Fitchpatrick
Kentucky - Troy Jones
Tennessee - Matt Caudill (also elected to serve as state rep BOD seat, two year term)
