Happy Thanksgiving!!!
The Board of Directors and Staff members of the Southeastern Color Guard Circuit would like to wish you a very Happy Thanksgiving. We want you to know that we are working very hard to make sure the 2010 season is the best ever for SCGC. We are excited and hope you are too!!
As we head into the holiday season please be reminded that the December 1
deadline for payment of membership fees is fast approaching. As well please
remember that any unit paying after December 1 will have a late fee accessed and
will be subject to the new policy regarding postmark & show performance order.
Once your memberhsip fee has been paid you will receive an email instructing you
as to how to register for 2010 shows.
Scholastic, Insurance, and Copyright forms required for your unit should be
mailed to the attention of Gilles Ouellette, Contest Coordinator, via our ciruit address OR hand delivered to him at unit checkin before your unit\'s first performance of the season. Please note...units will not be cleared to perform until all appropriate forms have been submitted to SCGC. Forms are now available on our website in the Director\'s secure area.
