2024 Show: Sacred Geometry
"Sacred Geometry" explores the patterns consistently found throughout our universe by using geometric visual patterns as well as a mixture of original music and music from Philip Glass' opera "Einstein on the Beach." In the middle of the show, we use consecutive increases in tempo along with changes in visual textures to represent the evolving nature of the natural world. As the production draws to a close, we unveil the image of Michelangelo's "The Creation of Adam" from the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel to represent the intersection of the spiritual side of Sacred Geometry as well as the scientific/mathematical side hidden in the painting (i.e. the flowing cloak behind God in the shape of the human brain.)
